Even though Waterful automatically calculates your daily goal based on your weight, gender and other factors such as physical activity or pregnancy, you may need to change or adjust the daily goal for example by following your doctor’s recommendation. To do that, follow the steps below.
Change your daily goal
- Tap “DAILY GOAL”
- Set a new daily goal and tap “SAVE”
- Tap under “Daily goal”
- Set a new daily goal
- Tap “SAVE”
Change your daily goal only when you’re sure it doesn’t threaten your health.
