How to change my sleep time?
Your sleep time determines when you don’t want us to disturb you with any reminders. It is automatically set up to 10pm-8am, but you can freely customize it in the app.

- Tap
in the top right corner of the main view.
- Tap “Advanced Settings”.
- Tap “AUTOMATIC”.
- Tap “WAKE-UP TIME”, select the desired hour, and tap “DONE”.
- Tap “BEDTIME”, select the desired hour, and tap ”DONE”.

- Tap “ADVANCED SETTINGS”.
- Tap “AUTOMATIC”.
- Tap “WAKE-UP TIME”, select the desired hour, and tap “SAVE”.
- Tap “BEDTIME”, select the desired hour, and tap ”SAVE”.
