How to change my sleep time?

Your sleep time determines when you don’t want us to disturb you with any reminders. It is automatically set up to 10pm-8am, but you can freely customize it in the app.

  1. Tap in the top right corner of the main view.
  2. Tap “Advanced Settings”.
  3. Tap “AUTOMATIC”.
  4. Tap “WAKE-UP TIME”, select the desired hour, and tap “DONE”.
  5. Tap “BEDTIME”, select the desired hour, and tap ”DONE”.
