What are the challenges?
The challenges are your everyday tasks that help you enjoy health aspects of a hydrated body such as: combating skin disorders, boosting the immune system, or improving mood.
In order to complete a challenge, you have to reach the daily goal every day for a certain period of time. You can access and take up challenges in the left menu of the app.
Activate your first challenge

- Choose a challenge you like and tap “ACTIVATE” to start it.

Note that if you begin a challenge in the second half of the day, you will be instructed to wait with completing the challenge till the next day. This procedure is supposed to guarantee that you will not force yourself to intake surplus of water during the first day of the challenge.
Can I take the same challenge twice?
Whether you fail to complete a challenge or complete it, you can take up the challenge again as many times as you wish. In fact, we encourage you to do so because of their healthy benefits.
Can I restore a lost challenge?
Don’t worry about your challenge If you forgot to log your drinks yesterday. You can still add the missing drinks to the previous day and the challenge will be restored, unless more than 24h have passed since you failed to complete the challenge.
Add drinks to the previous day
- Scroll down the main view to the bottom.
- Select the day you’d like to update.
- Tap “ADD DRINK”.
- Tap the drink you’d like to add.
- Choose the hour and tap “DONE”.
- Scroll down the main view to the bottom.
- Select the day you’d like to update.
- Tap “ADD DRINK”.
- Choose a drink you’d like to add and its volume.
- Tap “SAVE”.
