Why my reminders don’t work?

If reminders don’t go off as they should, you probably run the app in OFF mode, which guarantees that you disabled the alarms. To turn the alarms back on, simply disable OFF mode.

In SILENT mode, you get all the notifications and vibrations, but the sound is disabled. In AUTO mode both vibrations and the sound are enabled. 

If disabling OFF mode didn’t solve the problem, you may have our notifications blocked in your device settings. Please note that certain menu elements may have different names on individual devices.

  4. Select Waterful.
  5. Make sure the “BLOCK NOTIFICATIONS” option is turned off.

Another possible reason why your alarms don’t work is the presence of other programs on your device that block our app’s activity like an antivirus or cleaner app. Add our app to their list of exceptions to unblock our activity.
